How Does AgeDEFY Cardio Training Work?
We use the MyZone heart rate monitor to track effort points (MEPS) every time we make an effort to move on purpose, including in each live class on Zoom, online workout, and movement adventures outside the studio to make cardio training fun, effective, and motivating.

Live Classes on Zoom – StepFLOW, CycleFLOW, SculptFLOW, and STRONG workouts
Online Training – Follow the online AgeDEFY Cardio Program
Movement Adventures – Hiking, pickleball, volleyball, soccer, walking—any activity counts!
