In February, the FEEL BETTER program focuses on tech neck movement therapy, foot therapy, and one-song workouts. With more people spending time on electronic devices, neck, and foot problems have become increasingly common. This program provides exercises to help alleviate these issues and quick one-song workouts for a burst of energy.
The March/April FEEL BETTER program emphasizes office movement therapy workouts, ankle therapy, and BarreFLOW for runners.
Office workers often suffer from poor posture and limited movement, leading to chronic pain and discomfort. This program offers exercises that can be done at the office to improve posture and mobility. Additionally, ankle therapy is included to address a common problem area for many people, and BarreFLOW is added for runners seeking to improve strength and flexibility.
