Join the three live coaching clinics on Zoom on Saturday mornings at 10 AM Central
During the FEEL BETTER sessions, we talk about:

• what movements don't
• adjustments for your body
• how to use movement as therapy
When you feel good, you live good. Enjoy the therapy!
All coaching sessions are recorded if you can't attend live.
