The AgeDEFY way …. Challenge yourself to do things you don’t usually do, to find out what you like to do.

When we get older we should be searching for, what we like to do - because life is long. The 2nd and 3rd acts of our lives should be filled with feel-good activities, that make us feel good!

We spend too much of our lives trying to look a certain way, but by the time you get to AgeDEFY, all I wish for you to do, is to find the activities that make you feel good.

This is why we do a new BodyAbility challenge every month at AgeDEFY and Studio BodyAbility.

For the month of September, our BodyAbility challenge was 100 kettlebell swings a day for 30 days. In October we did a 100-mile movement therapy walking challenge and this month, November 2020, we are focusing on inner health and connection by adding lymphatic health and metta meditation to every live class.

New Movement New Results —- If we train the same we stay the same. To defy age is to defy routine. We have to keep our body moving and our mind active to live life young. We’re here to prepare for an exciting life beyond our 40s and 50s; we’re here to rewrite the book on what it means to age.
