The AgeDEFY @ Studio BodyAbility membership gives you access to live classes on Zoom, personal coaching, community support, AgeDEFY online daily workouts, and the AgeDEFY on-demand library and specialty programs. The live-class community includes movers of all ages working through injury and age-related pain and stiffness. Whether recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or simply wanting to feel better, the AgeDEFY community is here to move and groove with you.
My advice is to start with the AgeDEFY online starter program. The starter program includes a 45-minute Movement Therapy 101 coaching and movement therapy workout to explore AgeDEFY foot therapy, lymphatic health, spine flexibility, and joint mobility therapies. Once you complete the Movement Therapy 101 workout, you are ready to join the live classes on Zoom!
In addition to Movement Therapy 101, The starter program includes:
Posture Training 101: Improve your posture with AgeDEFY resistance band training
MobilityFLOW 101: AgeDEFY joint mobility and spine flexibility training
QiFLOW 101: AgeDEFY movement therapy yoga practice for injured and aging movers
FLOWMOTION 101: AgeDEFY bodyweight strength and agility training
BarreFLOW 101: Foot therapy, lymphatic health, improved posture, hip mobility, and spine flexibility

Live Classes on Zoom: Studio BodyAbility brings the feel of a local yoga studio into your home. You'll join movers from around the world of all ages and abilities. The live classes are more than just a workout—they combine movement therapy, coaching, and community to help you feel better, move better, and live younger!
After-Class Coaching: After each live class, you'll receive personalized coaching. This extra support keeps you motivated, helps you stay on track with your goals, and ensures you get the most out of each live class and AgeDEFY online session.
AgeDEFY Online: Full access to the AgeDEFY online library and on-demand workouts.
The best way to get started is to complete the Movement Therapy 101 workout and take a live class on Zoom as soon as possible. AgeDEFY @ Studio BodyAbility members are encouraged to attend at least one live class and after-class coaching per month. The best live classes for new members are MobilityFLOW, QiFLOW, Posture Training, BarreFLOW, and Lymphatic Health workouts. The live classes are not mandatory, but they are fun! It's genuinely a fantastic online community of people from all around the globe!

The live classes at Studio BodyAbility are recorded and added to the AgeDEFY online library. As members, you can follow a new online program every month to keep up with the live class studio or choose from the workouts and movement therapy programs on the AgeDEFY on-demand studio.

If you’re new, start with the AgeDEFY Starter Program—the perfect introduction to our movement therapy. Once you’ve completed the starter program, you’ll be ready to explore your next challenge. Coaching Advice: Find Your Zone — The more you move, the better you feel.
Here is membership information for the AgeDEFY Online Membership. This membership does not include live classes or coaching, but my advice for starting as an online-only member is here.
Every month, choose a zone and stick to it! The more you move, the better you feel. To experience the full benefits of AgeDEFY movement therapy, try to complete at least ten online workouts per month.
AgeDEFY Zones:
Zone 1: Complete 10+ workouts in 30 days.
Zone 2: Complete 20+ workouts in 30 days.
Zone 3: Complete 30 workouts in 30 days.

The Patreon studio is a separate business from the AgeDEFY online studio. The Patreon studio offers 10-minute movement therapy workouts. You can choose to have one or both memberships.
