Studio BodyAbility
Studio BodyAbility is the live class movement and coaching studio for AgeDEFY. It’s where we come together as a community on zoom from all around the world. We have students who live in Australia, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Denver, Colorado, South Dakota, Massachusetts, Ohio, Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, and Nebraska.
We love Studio BodyAbility and today, after a new movement BURN with my T/TH 6am group, we had a few moments for coaching and connection.
My student Leah from South Dakota was having ankle and knee pain today so I focused on knee and ankle lymphatic work during StepFLOW BURN. After class she told us how she was feeling, see what she has to say in the video below.
